Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage
Growing life is a lot of work! As the body changes to adapt to the rapidly developing baby, it goes through changes that can cause discomfort and pain. Some of this is temporary and goes away with movement, sometimes it sticks around longer either until the birth or after.
Massage can help relieve aches and pains the come with the process. Body work that includes light stretching, massage techniques, breathing & meditation, can help relieve stress, improve sleep, and allow the body to rest more comfortably. Positioning is adapted to whatever stage of pregnancy the client is in to provide the most comfortable experience that will achieve the greatest benefit.
Flexibility.
One of the most common reasons I hear from clients that they don’t pursue massage after having their baby is that they can’t get away. Either because of care responsibilities or because they can’t bear to leave their beautiful little one just yet. That is why I am happy to adapt my postpartum massage so that you can side lay with your little one and still receive massage, or they can be safely snuggled in a bassinet near the table. Or, if unable to make it to the studio, I bring my set up and come to the client. I am no stranger to working with toddlers at my ankles, I am a mom of three myself and multitasking is a skill.
Of course, postpartum massages can be scheduled without baby in tow! Either experience is able to be provided at a moment’s notice.
Pre/Post Pregnancy Packages
Base Package
The base package includes four massages, typically these include two during pregnancy and two post birth, however they can be adjusted and scheduled as needed.
4 x 60 min- $3604x 90 min- $495Base package rate is for in studio massage. Travel costs for in home massage are calculated based on distance and added separately.
Add- Ons
Additional massages can be added to the base package for a discounted rate. Massages included at the time of booking the initial package receive a %15 discount.
additional massages can be added later for a 10% discount up to 6 months postpartum

Travel & other considerations
The base package rate is for in studio massage. Massage can be scheduled in home as an alternative.
Travel rates are calculated based on distance and can be added at a later date if need be.
Travel set up includes everything needed for a relaxing massage environment including linens/blankets/bolsters along with music and other supplies. We do require a space for set up that allows therapist to be able to walk around the table during the session. Ideally, client will want to select an area of their home that is relaxing and can be quiet, however, we are very understanding of families and pets and will work with client to create a healing atmosphere no matter the environment.
