Jamie Clavet is the founder of Finding Wellness NH. She has been working in the wellness field since 2009 and has a varied experience and skill set that not only focus on massage and body work but also extend into workshop offerings and sessions around personal growth, mindset, speaking & presence, as well as other skills building coaching focusing on performance, presentations, and more.

Since she was a child, Jamie’s shown an ability and desire to help others. Beginning in elementary school, she was invited to be a mentor and councilor for her peers. Showing grace and flexibility when dealing with her own personal ups and downs, the school guidance counselor invited her to be one of the schools “Peer Helpers”. The group focused on just being a listening ear and supportive friend to those who were struggling. Participation in peer support leadership roles continued through high school.

Jamie’s education beyond high school is in theatre performance & directing. As a theatre artist she developed a strong interest in body and vocal health. Working as a performer and artist she needed a career that could provide flexibility of schedule which is what brought her to massage school. The field fit cohesively with her holistic view and sense of the mind & body.

For the past fifteen years, Jamie has been a practicing massage therapist, acquiring experience and continuing education in a variety of techniques and specialties.

Currently Jamie can be found in her Strafford, NH studio, in a local spa in Barrington, NH (Adagio), or occasionally out of a physical therapy office in Portsmouth, NH. She serves as a faculty member for the massage therapy program at Great Bay Community College. Jamie is open for engagements as a speaker or workshop leader. Her involvement in theater continues as she takes on roles as an actor, director, or producer, depending on the project. Additionally, you might recognize her voice in an audiobook or a radio commercial. A woman of diverse talents and passions, Jamie relishes the pursuit of her varied interests.
